In addition to Google Analytics, we use Hotjar. Hotjar makes a recording of user sessions to create heat maps over usage patterns. Your mouse and click movements are recorded so we can analyze how our web pages are used and that we can improve our user experience. Everything stored is anonymous.

Newsletter and email marketing

For DatabeatOMNI to provide the solution that was contracted by the user, the app is dependent on getting access and permissions from the user. The following steps are related to these third-party solutions providers.
When the user clicks on the Google app icon, they are directed to the login page for Google Gmail, they write in their credentials such as email and password. When the user has entered their credentials, they are forwarded to a second stage where they see which type of data that the DatabeatOMNI app will use or have to access Data is limited to or what is shown on the permissions page.
After the user has accepted the permissions page, the DatabeatOMNI app will receive an OAuth token. All further communication will be via this token. This OAuth token will be saved in Databeat. Net database. The user has to agree to rules and permission set to get access to the application.

When the user clicks on the Office 365 /Exchange icon, they will have to enter their login ID and password. These are the same credentials that the user uses to login to Office 365 Portal. Note that this data is stored in the DatabeatOMNI to provide access to the feature.

Databeat.Net will always use best practices to safeguard your personal information. These data may be stored in the systems, and given the consent, you have provided about the use of data. This will mainly be Databeat.Net’s core system, which operates on Microsoft Azure’s data centers in Ireland and the Netherlands.
